The 6mm thick steel plancha plate provides a generous 380cm² cooking surface, large enough to prepare several dishes at once, making it perfect for family meals or sociable gatherings outdoors.

The clever design ensures heat spreads evenly from the centre of the plancha to the edges, so you can cook different foods at different temperatures all at the same time. You can sear steaks in the middle while gently grilling vegetables around the edge. This open plancha grill is both versatile and robust. Cleaning is straightforward too. Simply push any food residue or excess oil into the fire with a spatula, then wipe the plate with a damp cloth, and it is ready for the next round of cooking.

Constructed from sturdy 3mm corten steel, the BonBiza grill is designed to weather naturally. Over time, exposure to the elements creates a rich, rustic patina that adds character while protecting the steel beneath. For extra flexibility, you can add optional accessories such as the BonPizza oven for homemade stone-baked pizzas, a skewer ring for kebabs, or a protective lid to shield the grill from the rain when it is not in use.

Orders over $100 CAD qualify for free standard delivery to most Canadian mainland addresses.

Orders under $100 CAD may be subject to a standard delivery fee.
Standard deliveries are made Monday through Friday.

Delivery – What to Expect

Larger or palletised orders may be delivered using a commercial delivery vehicle equipped with a tail lift and pallet truck.

To ensure a safe and successful delivery, the delivery location must have:

A solid, stable, and reasonably level surface.
Clear and accessible entryways.
Sufficient space for the delivery vehicle and pallet equipment.
No significant steps, steep slopes, soft ground, grass, or loose gravel along the delivery route.

For palletised deliveries, the driver will move the pallet to the nearest safe and accessible point. Drivers cannot transport pallets across unsuitable terrain, carry heavy goods into a property, or move goods through areas that are unsafe or inaccessible.

If your property has narrow gates, restricted access, steep driveways, limited parking, or other delivery challenges, please notify us before delivery so we can determine whether alternative arrangements are required.

Standard delivery is generally provided as a one-person delivery service. For larger or heavier items, we recommend having someone available to assist with receiving the goods.

Unless an installation service has been specifically purchased, delivery drivers are not responsible for unpacking, assembling, installing, or positioning products inside your property.

Inspecting Your Delivery

For palletised or larger deliveries, please inspect your order carefully before the driver leaves.

Check the packaging and products for visible signs of damage. If damage is identified, please ensure it is clearly recorded on the delivery documentation before signing.

If the driver is unable to wait while you inspect the delivery, please note this on the delivery documentation, for example:

“Driver did not wait – delivery not inspected.”

If you discover any damage after delivery, contact our customer service team as soon as possible and provide photographs and details of the affected item and packaging.

Missed Deliveries

If you are unavailable for a scheduled delivery, additional delivery or re-delivery charges may apply.

For smaller items delivered by courier, the courier may leave a delivery notification with instructions for arranging another delivery attempt or collection.

To avoid delays or additional charges, please ensure that someone is available to receive your order during the agreed delivery window.

Additional Delivery Information

Some accessories or smaller items may be shipped separately from the main order. This can include fitting kits, accessories, replacement parts, or other smaller items.

If your order is being shipped in multiple packages, we will provide confirmation where applicable.

Standard delivery times are generally between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, although exact delivery windows may vary by location and carrier.

Some delivery carriers may provide SMS, email, or telephone notifications. These notifications are dependent on the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Please do not schedule installers, plumbers, electricians, contractors, or other service providers until your order has been delivered and inspected.
