The Go Eco MW 150 Electric Media Wall Fire is a stylish and highly realistic electric fire designed to create a striking focal point in modern living spaces. Designed for maximum installation flexibility, the Go Eco MW 150 can be configured as a 1-sided, 2-sided or 3-sided electric fire, making it ideal for a wide range of media wall designs, feature walls and bespoke fireplace installations. It combines the natural charm of a woodland log set with an impressive LiveFlame effect, offering three flame colour options and five brightness levels so you can tailor the ambience to suit your room, mood or time of day.

Designed for convenience as well as atmosphere, the Go Eco MW 150 can be controlled via the C&J Smart App or the stylish remote-control handset, giving you easy access to the flame display, fuel bed colours, heat settings and optional crackle sound effect. The realistic fuel bed offers nine colour options, including a natural amber glow and a colour-cycling mode for a constantly changing display, while optional LED lighting strips can be added around the installation to enhance the surrounding media wall with up to fourteen separate colours.

With a 1.5kW maximum heat output, two heat settings, a 7-day programmable timer and an integrated electric thermostat, this EcoDesign-compliant electric fire delivers efficient, flexible warmth with 100% efficiency at the point of use. Supplied with a wall bracket for easy installation, it can be mounted and built into a custom fascia or enclosure to create a clean, premium media wall finish. For added reassurance, the fire is supplied with a 3-year extended parts warranty, including parts and labour cover for the first 2 years.

Delivery – What to Expect

Larger or palletised orders may be delivered using a commercial delivery vehicle equipped with a tail lift and pallet truck.

To ensure a safe and successful delivery, the delivery location must have:

A solid, stable, and reasonably level surface.
Clear and accessible entryways.
Sufficient space for the delivery vehicle and pallet equipment.
No significant steps, steep slopes, soft ground, grass, or loose gravel along the delivery route.

For palletised deliveries, the driver will move the pallet to the nearest safe and accessible point. Drivers cannot transport pallets across unsuitable terrain, carry heavy goods into a property, or move goods through areas that are unsafe or inaccessible.

If your property has narrow gates, restricted access, steep driveways, limited parking, or other delivery challenges, please notify us before delivery so we can determine whether alternative arrangements are required.

Standard delivery is generally provided as a one-person delivery service. For larger or heavier items, we recommend having someone available to assist with receiving the goods.

Unless an installation service has been specifically purchased, delivery drivers are not responsible for unpacking, assembling, installing, or positioning products inside your property.

Inspecting Your Delivery

For palletised or larger deliveries, please inspect your order carefully before the driver leaves.

Check the packaging and products for visible signs of damage. If damage is identified, please ensure it is clearly recorded on the delivery documentation before signing.

If the driver is unable to wait while you inspect the delivery, please note this on the delivery documentation, for example:

“Driver did not wait – delivery not inspected.”

If you discover any damage after delivery, contact our customer service team as soon as possible and provide photographs and details of the affected item and packaging.

Missed Deliveries

If you are unavailable for a scheduled delivery, additional delivery or re-delivery charges may apply.

For smaller items delivered by courier, the courier may leave a delivery notification with instructions for arranging another delivery attempt or collection.

To avoid delays or additional charges, please ensure that someone is available to receive your order during the agreed delivery window.

Additional Delivery Information

Some accessories or smaller items may be shipped separately from the main order. This can include fitting kits, accessories, replacement parts, or other smaller items.

If your order is being shipped in multiple packages, we will provide confirmation where applicable.

Standard delivery times are generally between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, although exact delivery windows may vary by location and carrier.

Some delivery carriers may provide SMS, email, or telephone notifications. These notifications are dependent on the carrier and are not guaranteed.
